As a therapist and Sanctuary Manager, she has worked with Blue Sage Ayurveda since 2013 and has grown into an all encompassing and expanded role that facilitates the overall Pancha Karma client experience at Blue Sage Sanctuary. Pema’s additional offerings include guiding clients through the preparatory phase of Pancha Karma, called “Purva Karma”, facilitating program arrivals, and preparing nourishing meals in support of the optimal Pancha Karma experience.
Pema is passionate about promoting the individual’s capacity to self-heal and in understanding the role trauma and environment play in the mind/body connection. She promotes healing and balance through emphasizing food as medicine with an understanding of the power of plants to restore well-being. Pema also provides a safe and nourishing space in her way of sharing to explore root cause connections that can result in optimal health.
